Water Education Programs for Students & Teachers

Discovery Science Center is proud to be the largest provider of water education programs in Southern California. Each year, approximately 110,000 students participate in our school-based water programs. Depending on where you live, your school may be eligible to sign up at NO COST. Each of our programs includes a Discovery Science Center instructor and free materials for students. Please browse our array of programs below to see if your school is eligible.

	Municipal Water District of Orange County-Sponsored Programs The Municipal Water District of Orange County, the 32 retail water providers in Orange County, and Discovery Science Center are excited to present FREE Water Education and Science Programs to Orange County Schools! 	Irvine Ranch Water District-Sponsored Programs The Irvine Ranch Water District and Discovery Science Center are excited to present FREE Water Education and Science Programs to Orange County schools with in the IRWD service area! The service area includes IUSD and sections of TUSD, OUSD, and SVUSD. Each program is grade-specific and aligns with the California Science Content Standards.
