Field Trip Inquiry

Thank you for your interest in Discovery Science Center’s field trip programs. If you would like additional information about booking a field trip, please complete the following inquiry form and a group bookings representative will call you as soon as possible.

*Please note that your field trip is not booked until our staff contacts you to confirm a date and time.

If you wish to apply for a scholarship, please e-mail gbdistro@discoverycube.org or call 714-913-5030. Submission of this form will make your field trip ineligible for a scholarship.
