Spooky Science returns to Discovery Science Center this October. Packed with tons of fun activities, this event is great for families and kids of all agesScavenger Hunt
Guests will receive booklets that will send them on a hunt for clues and exhibits to complete and redeem for amazing prizes.

Thor's Snake Show: Oct 20th-21st & Oct 27th-28th
This amazing snake show will feature 12 different varieties, sand boas, rosy boas, red tail boas, Burmese pythons , royal pythons, carpet pythons, corn snakes, milk snakes, king snakes, bull snakes and more.
Plus, all children 17 and under will get an awesome goodie bag!

TEAMS Workshop

TEAMS (Teacher Education Advancement in Math and Science) workshops are free standards-based, sponsored, professional development programs for K – 3rd grade teachers that use a storybook as a focus to introduce and develop science, math, and language art concepts.
At each TEAMS workshop, teachers will receive $60 worth of classroom materials, along with lesson plans and a hands-on workshop from 4pm – 6pm. A light dinner is also provided.
