A 59,000 square-foot facility designed by world-renowned architectural firm Arquitectonia, Discovery Science Center is a unique special events facility. As one of the largest indoor event spaces in Orange County, we host events from 80-1,500 guests.
The difference between the Science Center and a museum is that we encourage guests to engage in a hands-on experience. With over 100 hands-on exhibits on two floors, your guests are treated to a "built-in good time". Adults lay on a "Bed of Nails," test how fast they can can throw in the "Pitching Cage" or fly an airplane in the "Flight Simulator." Making a presentation? No problem. Comfortable theater seating is available.
Located on the First Floor of Discovery Science Center, Discovery Theater is complete with 125 seats and Audio Visual capabilities. This room is perfect for meetings, presentations or film screenings. |
