Is Pumpkin Palooza included with general admission?

No, Pumpkin Palooza at Discovery Cube Orange County is an extra ticketed event with a separate additional price to general admission. You will be able to choose a package to buy both a Pumpkin Palooza ticket and General Admission ticket or just a Pumpkin Palooza ticket if you are already a member.

When is the Sensory Friendly Show?

The Sensory Friendly show is Sunday October 18 at 9:50 AM. Sensory Friendly show is modified with reduced show volume, reduced mic volume for performers, increased theater lighting during the show, and reduced intensity of lights and special effects.

Does entry to the museum start at showtime?

Guests can get into the museum as early as 10:00 AM during regular operating hours since you will need both a General Admission ticket and Pumpkin Palooza ticket.

What is the ticket refund policy?

Pumpkin Palooza tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE but may be exchanged (1) time only for a different date based on availability. Exchanges must be processed no less than 24 hours in advance of the original ticket date.

Can you change dance party times?

Guests can go to any dance party show and attend multiple parties if desired. The ticket will let guests go to any dance party.

You can purchase grab-and-go selections at Healthy Kitchen Express. Snacks and beverages are also available for purchase at the Launch Pad Store.

Is outside food allowed?

Unfortunately, we do not allow outside food or beverage. You may bring bottled water. Food and beverages are available onsite.
